Details About the Cabin:
This is a very spacious, comfortable & modern four season cabin with two nice sized bedrooms, a large family room with added sleeping areas, a nice sized bathroom and modern kitchen with stove/refrigerator/coffee maker/microwave, and a large living room area with Cable Color TV, Vcr-DVD player many movies and Free WIFI.
That's not all! The large parking area allows plenty of room for your boat and snowmoblie trailers.
The snowmoblie trail is right next to the parking lot.
Great view of the Northwoods from your windows.
Fire pit and a grill for your use.
Nice picnic table in the back towards the woods.
Free access to our docks on the Manitowish River.
From there you can navigate into Boulder Lake.
Free use of a Canoe and 12' Aluminum fishing boat.
Or launch your private boat from the DNR boat launch on Boulder Lake and dock it at our piers
Shallow sand bottom and slow river current near the dock; not bad for a dip or throwing out a line for those Walleye by the bridge.
Just walk across the parking lot for dinner or a drink on our riverside deck; get a free drink just for staying with us!
Bike ride or walk right to downtown Boulder only three blocks away.

This is a new Cabin rental this year!
Rent the weekend or by the week.
From 2-8 people Maximum.
Basic Rates:
Two adults rental $85.00 a night or $525.00 a week.
Three adults $115.00 or $625.00
Two adults & two children under 12 $105.00 a night or $575.00 a week.
Four adults rental $130.00 a night or $700.00 a week.
Maximum of six adults $160.00 a night or $900.00 a week
Mix of Adults and children up to 8 occupancy call or e mail for a special rate.
Note: All rentals add 5.5% sales tax and 4.5% Vilas room tax .
We require a $150.00 deposit for weekend rentals.
A $300.00 deposit for week rentals.

Please include: The dates for your rental and your full name, home phone number and address with the deposit.
The total balance must be received a full two weeks before your arrival, unless otherwise agreed on in advance.
Again all rentals come with two boats for your use during your stay.
